It all started back in Ms. Snead's 6th grade science class. Ethan had just changed school districts and didn't know anyone. In swoops Tyler with the immortal question, "Do you wanna see me sketch some cheetahs?" The answer, of course, was yes. Fast forward almost fourteen years. Through ups, downs, college, living together, Tyler moving out to get married, Ethan joining a band, they've stuck together. This podcast was an idea they kicked around for years, but in October 2017, it became a reality.

Hi! I'm Ethan Edghill, one of the hosts of Bacon and Eggs: A Movie Review Podcast. I still live about two minutes from where I went to college, in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia. That means it's pretty much just me and the entire military out here. It's because I decided to live so far away from home that Tyler and I have to talk over Skype to record our Podcast. When I'm not talking to all of you lovely listeners through a microphone, I'm probably yelling into a different microphone and playing guitar in my band Drop The Girl. You can find us on Apple Music or Spotify or whatever service you use. I've been playing guitar for almost as long as I've known Tyler, so well over a decade. I'm (somewhat) fluent in Spanish, in that I majored in it in college and promptly forgot most of it. As one does. I am also Bacon and Eggs's resident train expert. So that's something. If y'all have any questions for me or want to get to know me better, feel free to hit me up.

Hi! I'm Tyler Carlin, The less handsome host of Bacon and Eggs: A Movie Review Podcast. Born and raised in Roanoke, Va. I am the youngest brother of Jonathan and Ben Carlin, whom you may know as the Super Carlin Brothers from YouTube. My love for film started on July 3, 2007, when Ethan and I saw the first Transformers movie for the first of what would be seven times. Since then, Ethan and I have been reviewing movies together. I graduated from Christopher Newport University (read: Small liberal arts college in the east) in the fall of 2015 with a bachelor's in philosophy; and my focus in philosophy was aesthetics and film. When I'm not watching movies or talking about them, you can find me spending time with my beautiful wife Emily, or playing with our dogs, Stella (pictured above) and Sawyer. I'm also a pretty casual gamer and love all types of games, but typically you'll find me either playing board games or games from the PS2, Xbox era.  Anyway, I do my best to respond to any questions or comments sent my way on Twitter and Instagram, so if you'd like to get in touch please feel free to reach out!
